His leadership at the highest levels of international rugby brings an invaluable perspective on what it means to maintain a legacy while steering an organization toward the future.
An Australian tourist with the British Lions and Scottish international, Roger is a dynamic entrepreneur currently leading a start-up. Beyond the boardroom, he has dedicated himself to the fight against MND, completing several fundraisers with the Grand Slam team. Roger also brings a vital passion for sustainability, ensuring that our impact is both meaningful and lasting.
Following his support for the launch of Martin Whitcombe’s book, Charlie White: Leicester Legend, Dusty officially joins our ranks. As the all-time record points scorer and a British Lion, Dusty embodies the "pinnacle of the game." His involvement reinforces our dedication to excellence and the power of mentorship.
