The Accountability Roadmap (Disciplinary Process)

"Protecting the Vibe."

• Level 1: The Coffee Chat (Informal): A 1-on-1 to clear the air. Authenticity is key.
• Level 2: The Formal Flag (Warning): A written "heads-up" that certain behaviors are damaging the brand or the PTIFamily.
• Level 3: The Timeout (Suspension): A temporary break from our digital and physical spaces while we figure things out.
• Level 4: The Off-Board (Termination): If the vibe is broken beyond repair, the Architects will formally end the membership to protect the rest of the family.

Communication should be clear and ensure that the member is entering a process that they can engage with.

The "Family Rules" (Code of Conduct)

Instead of "Code of Conduct," we call this "The Family Rules."

• No Gatekeeping: We don't care when you served; we care that you’re here now.
• Radical Transparency: We speak the truth, even when it’s uncomfortable.
• Mental Wealth First: We talk about addiction, burnout, and transition openly. No "stiff upper lip" if it’s hurting you.
• Zero Drama: We are a "no-conflict zone." Take the beef offline or involve an Architect for a reset.
• Ownership: If you see a gap in the community, don't just complain—help us build the solution.
